2. Service Description

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Platform is provided through subscription plans processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content uploaded to the Platform. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of generating analysis reports and improving our AI model.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Platform provides AI-generated analysis which may not be entirely accurate. You acknowledge that the generated reports are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the analysis provided.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
